quick update

Hey Gals,

the second I decided to update my blog again, my internet connection went down. That's life, huh? :D

So the last two weeks had been quite busy, it's the last two weeks of school, and I spent my time with preparing for the finals and finding me a job. I think I found something, but it's a little far away from my home, so I guess I have to spent my driving hours studying in the train.

The week before last week, we had a little meet-up at Hans, where we did some karaoke. It was really fun, although we weren't that much people, and all the pictures we took turned out terrible :D

we really had a shitload of fun this saturday afternoon, I'm exited for tomorrows meet-up where we are going for some manba inspiration! I wanna see how it turned out for everyone, I'm still not sure what to wear, and since i have dark hair atm, I will not look as manba as I could but, wth :D

so last week, I went to a ball of my lil bro's graduation and my mommy took a snapshot of us!

I'm back! / Die Orsons

Hey Gals!

Wow, it really has been almost a year since my last blogpost! I'm really sorry for that. It has been quite a lot going on, but however I want to blog again. So I have a lot of stuff to update :D I have had a great time with my best friend on some concerts of our favorite band "Die Orsons", I should make a really really long post about the Velvet's Pirate Meet in May, the Japantag, about some stuff that I bought for the summer and my karaoke night with the Japanese interns at my University plus I'd like to start some inspiration posts and about some kanji apps I use.


 So I'll start with the coolest German HipHop Group ever. Die Orsons! My best friend Kathrin and I, know and love them since forever, and so we go to every concert in our area.

so we went to Bochum Total, an event in Bochum City, where some German artists play for free. The concert was amazing and after the show I managed to take a picture together with Maeckes *fangirlmode*

 The next concert was more clubbing with performance. It was at Bochum Untergrund, hosted by BudMH who played some music, before the Orsons arrived. Actually it was just Tua & Maeckes, and they perfomed as O-Soundsystem. They played some of their stuff and performed too, it was such a great night!

Last time we went to Dortmund where they played for free again! However, this concert was kind of awkward, because there were some people who protested against the music. Mona, Kathrin and Me were so shocked, that we prostested against them! There was a girl who was standing in the crowd, holding her middle finger in the air, the whole freaking time.
Before the concert began, those people were handing out some flyers where the Orsons Logo was crossed. They think that their music is anti-Semitic and homophobic, clearly they don't have a single clue about this group. The Orsons are the most loving and tolerant artists I know, every comment about anyone whatsoever is meant sarcastically to show how intolerant our society is. I don't understand why people can't see that.
We took some pictures with Tua after the concert, but I'm afraid I can't show it to you, it's too scruffy :D

Summer Meet-Up Part 2

Hey there gals!

Now, finally, I am coming down to post about the meet up! tadaaaa :D

I have been busy as always but I won't let you down and I will come to things like this, eventually, so please enjoooy.

so here we go. It was a two-days-meet up but Ari and I only managed to join on Saturday, because I had to study. 

We met the others at Düsseldorf main station and most of them looked stunning *-* I met Amanda and Kate for the first time and I finally got to know Lisa. I love the girls!

Purple Hair & Summer Gal Meet-Up Part 1

Hey guys :)

I have been so busy in the last few weeks, I did almost nothing but study. But I don't want to disappoint any of you - so here is another (small) blogpost for you!

Like I already mentioned, I did a whole lot of studying in the last weeks, but I also had to find a new flat for me and my bf.

I live in Dortmund and I have to drive all the way down to Düsseldorf every freaking day, which takes me two hours each way. And because this sucks a lot like you can imagine, my baby and me decided to move a little closer to Düsseldorf. We picked Mülheim, it's a small city, I grew up there, it's not closest to Düsseldorf, but it's a pretty central city, and since almost all of my friends and family live there, I am happy to tell you that we already found a flat :) we will move in October but it's well planned and the flat is so awesome!

As I was looking for a flat, heading to the SWB in Mülheim I saw a girl with purple hair, and since then I want to have it too. So the upcoming Meet-Up this weekend seemed a damn good reason to do it.

I was very unsure about it at first, and I was trembling when I got the color on my hair, but it turned out so nice. I find it very cute and very sexy, plus I can do more Manba-Gyaru stuff with the haircolor!

Because my hair is already been extremely damaged from my hair-bleaching, I decided to buy a color from Stargazer, which is semi-permanent.

Since I'm too stupid to dye my hair on my own, I got help from Ari, this is how it turned out, what do you think? :D

It was the day before the Summer Meet-Up and my bf went out that night, so Ari slept over at my house, we went to bed early and got out beauty-sleep :3

Normally, when Ari and I intend to go to a gyaru Meet-Up, we obviously want to look perfect. But usually the world seems to hate us, that every morning starts the same: I go into the shower, and as soon as one contactlens is (finally) in one of my eye, it screams: get me out, or I will burn you to death - but today, that didn't happen 0o

Usually, we don't have enough time in the end, because the make-up part takes ages, so that I try to comb my wet hair (which is next to impossible) - but today, it didn't happen! We both got our make-up finished in time (and pretty geogerous) and I got time to dry and straiten my hair, and as I wore a hat, I didn't need to comb anything :D

we were satisfied with our outfits,  everything fitted into our bags, and we weather was good (it usually rains just for us on Meet-Up days) - okay: our train was late, but that was it! Everything else was just fine -creepy if you ask me :D

And because I still don't have a camera, i have to wait for all my friends to get home and make their own blogposts so that I can steal their pictures MUHAHAHA xDD (I will ask first, of course)

Velvet Meet-up in June + Orsons Concert at Bochum Total

Konnichiwa! :)

It's been a while since i last postet anything, and because i have to study, i thought this would be a good time to tell you guys what happened :D

I'd like to begin with the June meet-up!

I wonder if we will ever make it, being all together at once, unfortunately Ria (Denise) has just moved to Heidelberg for studying, so she probably won't be able to meet us every time. 

Anyways, we met at Keiji's to have a Barbeque, and our wonderful Mona met us there, too :):) we all missed her so bad, and it was so much fun with her :) but she had to go, because she had to travel for about three hours to see her boyfriend, so she left about time. 

When we were all full and had cleaned up, the boys were getting ready and Hans drove us to my place. We split - i went home and got some suprise I had prepared for my Velvets and the others went to Ari's brother Robert, who is actually my neighbour :D

We drank a bit there, and watched the soccer match that was going on and waited for Vanessa to arrive. Because we had no alcohol at all, Keiji, Vanessa and me went back to my place to get the "in-case-we-need-it-but-dont-have-any-alcohol-rest-of-vodka" and met with the others at Ari's place a little later. 

Everybody got a cupcake! Ria got 3 because she was about to move and we wouldn't see her in a while, Vanessa also got a special one, because she had just finished school PLUS she was from then on, one of the VELVETS *______________* 

She is such a nice person, I love her so much, it's always being so much fun when she is around, even (or especially :D) when she is in a bad mood, she is always getting the party started! And because the rest of us is clearly to dumb to think of taking ANY pictures, thats her job from now on :D

and FINALLY we got something, that you can call a LOGO :D I love this picture so much, even though Ari's only words were "oh god, my face..." YOU ARE PRETTY WHATEVER FACE YOU MAKE :D

the next wonderful thing I want to tell you is about the Orsons concert this Sunday!

My BFF4LÜD Kathrin and me went to Bochum Total to see our everandalways favourite rap-boyband "Die Orsons"! 

We went there several hours before their appearance to have enough time to find the stage they'd be on and fight our way through the crowd to get a good view! 

Unfortunately, the weather was all bad, it rained and rained, but it was quite sunny though, i felt hot and wet all the time D: (that sounds a little weird :D)

So we got to see "Susanne Blech" which was actually a band full of men xD but they were very funny.

As we got plenty of time, we walked around the stage and stalked a little, and there it was! The Orsons tourbus!

the concert was SO good! even though we got almost poged to death from all the Frittenbude-fans behind us, but we bravely survived and listened to some beautiful new songs *__* 

After the gig we got to see Maeckes *//////* and I got a picture with him

TADAAAA!!! He formed the O for me, you probably have not a single fucking clue what that means, but I'm THRILLED!!! :D

Hello there again :)

Today I want to introduce my gyarusa!

We are 6 people and we are together for a couple of months now. We had little trouble at the beginning because two of our members lived too far away and couldn't make it to most of our meetings, so they decided to leave our circle again (but we're still friends, anyways).

The majority of us lives in the same city, so we try to meet as much as we can.

ABOUT US

In general we are all friends and know each other for a long time now.

Keiji and I founded the circle after the breakdown of BoggyPeak.

We are all very nice and I can say that I'm lucky to have all of you.

Since almost every gyarusa has intern problems, the idea of ours is not being drama queens all over. I have to admit that this didn't start the way it should have, but to be honest it have been kind of our own fault. There were two new members, that aren't in our circle anymore, we had a little trouble with. But I don't want to fight anyone here so I'm not saying anything further about that.

MEMBERS

KEIJI

Like I had mentioned before, Kei and I founded the gyarusa together. I know him from BoggyPeak and he is a really good friend, makes adorable hairstyles, speaks Japanese and knows a lot about VK :D

ARI

She is my best friend, my CORCAN, so to say. I know her from the BoggyPeak time too and we have so much in common. Everybody mixes our names every time. She is a former (grufti) and she has a great sense of fashion, we improve together every day and we used to live in a gyaru-(wg) together - I kind of miss the times. She is crazy and that's what I love about her.

JANA

Jana is the third person I met with BoggyPeak back in the days and she kind of rescued me from sleeping near a flowerpot at a party because I was so wasted :D

She is such a good gyaru and one of the nicest and most honest persons I know. I love her step-by-step way of putting on her make-up and I think she has a great style!

HANS

 

He is our Hani-chan, everybody loves his name and the way he's so cool with it :D he is a friend of Kei's and he is my right hand at meetings when I'm too drunk to repair my outfits at meetings xD he loves Japan and plans to go there for a lifetime, just like his sister did! He claims to be a model there and I wish him all the best!

DENISE

I met her at Silvester in Duesseldorf and we married instantly because we found out we're from the same odd city :D she is kind of the reason I am what I am now.

Unfortunately she moves to Heidelberg in a couple of weeks. That is so far away :( but she says she will be back in town every month, so we hopefully can meet altogether then!

LEADER

Well, I guess that's me :D I have been chosen by the others, it is in my responsibility to organize the meet-ups and give our okay for new members who want to join us! I'm more than a (Klassensprecher) than everybody's mum xD

MEET-UPS

we try to meet altogether at least once a month (far too less in my opinion) which is actually not that easy because most of the time someone can't show because he/she has to work :(

If you got interest in us and if you are looking for a circle to join to hang out and have fun with, please text me! If you are not living too far away, or of you are willing to travel a lot in that case, you are more than welcome :) usually you will be with us for several meets and when everybody decided you are crazy enough for us, maybe you are the next velvet? :p

JAPANTAG

hello there again :)

I haven't posted for a while because I was kinda busy during the days. But nevertheless I wanted to tell you about Japantag :)

It was amazing, I had so much fun!

On friday I went shopping with my friends at Thier-Galerie to find something to wear on Japantag, but it turned out I couldn't find anything worth enough. We went to my place after that and had a little cute party and my friend Nadine slept over :) I haven't seen her in a while so we had so much to talk about. We even re-read our old stories we wrote back in school in our maths- lessons.

We got up at 9 or so and tried to get ready for the day. We wanted to meet with the others that morning at my place again, but apperantly everybody was late. Because I didn't find something to wear I choose the d.i.a.-like jumper everybody has, thank god no one other wore it :D

When finally my hero Keiji arrived he made my hair and it turned out gorgeous :)

I wonder why the heck I did not take a single picture of myself that day, but I guess, I was too busy getting ready.

Until we were all ready to go it was nearly 4 o'clock but we got the train anyways and met our pals from Berlin at Duesseldorf main station.

We went to the OCS right away and made puris together :)

we ran into Kitai and Jelly too and had another bunch of purikura with them too :)))

After that we spit and went to the Turm to meet the other gals but unfortunately there weren't as many as there should have. We took some pictures and I met Riina for the first time. She is wonderful *-*

after the meet-up we tried to find Mona. Hans and I were very busy looking for her but she was nowhere to be found :( we couldn't call her because we had trouble with our cellphones that day, I guess because a million people tried to call someone at once. We met some friends of Ari and me and Sasha and Jojo found us :)

Everybody wanted to sit down and have a little rest. We went to a little wall and talked and had fun and stuff. Nadine and I went to a very crowded pizza place where we had to wait over half an hour until we got our pizza. But it was delicious though :) when we went back to our group it was nearly 10 pm and it was time to meet again with A-chan and Tama from Berlin to watch the firework together. But we lost Keiji and Hans somehow. Until the firework starter they where nowhere to be found so we decided to enjoy the firework like this.

During the sparkles Kazuu, Aris bf asked her to marry him *-* it was so damn romantic! Kitai made a video of it, you can't bearly see anything but at least you can hear us girls scream :D

 

After the firework we got back to mission impossible - find the boys

We sat so long on the rhein stairs because we thought maybe they would find us but we really had to go actually looking for them again. Our cells were all dead but we were lucky to ran into them at the wall where we lost them. When we finally got back to the main station we missed our train back home but we met so many people there we drove together with the next one. It was a lot of fun there too :D as we got home I was so tired I instantly fell to bed, happy.

It was so nice, I really had a great time. I'm looking forward to next year :) but I hope to see more of the gals, really.

Because no one of us did take a single picture, I had to steal these from all over my friends >-<  sry for that, guys! :*
